- Participant: The individual entering the promotion (“You,” “Your”).
- Supplier: The provider of the Giveaway/Competition prize.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all Giveaway and Competition promotions by Platinum Lace. Additional terms for specific promotions may apply, and we reserve the right to deny entry to any participant.
- These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside Our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- By participating, You agree to these Terms and Conditions and any specific rules of individual promotions.
- We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Please review this page regularly to stay updated. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue participation. These terms are effective from 25th September 2023.
- Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 and over, except employees, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. One entry per customer per night.
- Giveaway prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete applications due to technical or other reasons. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
- If the number of entries exceeds the number of prizes available:
- Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries unless otherwise stated.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries.
- Winners will be notified via email instantly.
- By entering, You:
- Consent to any publicity generated from the promotion for use on websites, email, or mobile services.
- Agree that Your personal information may be shared with the Supplier for prize fulfilment purposes only.
- We will protect Your personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- Upon entry, You will receive a confirmation email with links to other Platinum Lace services (if applicable).
- We reserve the right to:
- Modify, cancel, or withdraw this promotion without notice.
- Disqualify any individual We believe has breached the Terms and Conditions or acted disruptively.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding this promotion. Our decision is final in case of any disputes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in or use of any Giveaway item. We do not guarantee third-party performance or fulfilment of contractual obligations. Any product issues are the responsibility of the Supplier.
- If any of these terms are deemed unenforceable, they will be severed, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
- Promotions are governed by the laws of Scotland, England, and Wales.
